⚠️ Why Payment Fails?

Many farmers complain that money is not credited even after the list is published. The #1 reason is Aadhaar-Bank Link Failure (DBT). If your bank account is not seeded with Aadhaar, the Krishak Bandhu money will bounce back.

Check Status Without Password 🔓

Good news! You don’t need any password or user ID to check your payment status. Just your Voter ID Card Number (EPIC) is enough.

❌ “No Data Found” Error?

If the website says No Data Found, check these reasons:

• Did you enter the Voter ID correctly? (Check spaces).
• Is your new Voter Card number updated? Try searching with the Old Voter ID Number.
• If both fail, your application might not be digitized yet. Contact the ADA Office.

Decoding Your Status: Will You Get Money? 🕵️‍♂️

🔵 Status: AD Uploaded

Meaning: This stands for “Assistant Director Uploaded”. It means the local Agriculture Department (ADA Office) has digitized your application and uploaded your documents to the server.

Action Required: Wait patiently. Your application is in the initial stage. It will soon move to the next level.

🔵 Status: DDA Approved

Meaning: This stands for “Deputy Director of Agriculture Approved”. This is a very positive sign. It means your district-level officer has verified your land records and bank details and forwarded the file to the State Head Office for payment processing.

Will I get money? Not yet, but you are 90% there. Once the State Government releases the fund (usually in Dec/June), your status will change from DDA Approved to “Account Valid”.

✅ Status: Account Valid

Meaning: Congratulations! This is the best status. It means your bank account details, IFSC code, and name match perfectly with the bank’s database. Your account is ready to receive the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).

Payment Forecast: If you see this status in December 2025, you will definitely receive the ₹2500 or ₹5000 installment within the next 10-15 days.

❌ Status: Account Invalid

Meaning: This is an error. It means the system tried to verify your bank account but failed. The money will NOT come to this account.

Top Reasons for “Account Invalid”:

• Old IFSC Code: Did you have an account in United Bank of India (UBI), Allahabad Bank, or Oriental Bank? These banks have merged (e.g., UBI is now PNB). If your system still has the old IFSC, it will show Invalid.
• Account Closed/Dormant: You haven’t used the account for a long time.
• Name Mismatch: Name in Voter ID is “Ram Kumar” but in Bank it is “Ram Kumar Sharma”.

🟢 Status: Transaction Success

Meaning: The money has successfully left the government treasury and has been credited to your bank account.

But money didn’t arrive? If it shows Success but your balance is same:
1. Check if you have multiple bank accounts linked to Aadhaar. Money might have gone to a different account (e.g., Airtel Payment Bank).
2. Update your passbook. Sometimes SMS alerts don’t come.

🟠 Status: Transaction Pending

Meaning: The payment process has started, but the bank server is slow or verifying the details. This is very common during the first week of payment release (like in Dec/Jan).

What to do? Do nothing. Just wait for 48 to 72 hours. In 99% of cases, it automatically changes to “Success”. If it stays pending for more than a month, then contact the bank.

🔴 Status: Transaction Failed

Meaning: The government sent the money, but your bank rejected it. This happens if your KYC is incomplete or the account has a limit (Jan Dhan accounts).

Solution: Go to your bank branch and complete your e-KYC. Ensure your account is not “Frozen”.
