🚫 Can Students Download it Online?
The answer is NO. Regular students cannot download the admit card individually from the website. The WBBSE provides the download access ONLY to School Headmasters via their institutional login. You must collect the hard copy, signed and stamped by your Headmaster, from your school office.

The Distribution Process 🏫
The distribution of Madhyamik Admit Cards happens in two phases. First, the Board releases the digital copy to schools. Then, schools print, stamp, and distribute the hard copy to students.

Headmasters or Teacher-in-Charges can download the admit cards of all students in bulk using the school credentials.
- Step 1: Visit the official website wbbse.wb.gov.in.
- Step 2: Go to the “School Login” or “Administration” section.
- Step 3: Enter the School Index Number and Password.
- Step 4: Click on “Download Admit Cards 2026” to get the bulk PDF. Print and stamp them with the school seal.
🅱️ For Students (Collection Guide)
Students must physically visit their respective schools to collect the admit card. Follow this checklist:
- Date: Visit school between 24th – 28th January 2026 (Confirm date with your class teacher).
- What to carry: Carry your School ID Card and Registration Certificate (Original).
- Signature: You will have to sign the attendance register upon receiving the card.

It is common to find spelling errors in names, wrong Date of Birth, or incorrect subject codes. However, if you ignore this now, your Marksheet and Certificate will also have the same error, causing huge problems in the future (e.g., Passport verification).
⏳ Correction Deadline:
You usually get only 5-7 days after receiving the Admit Card to apply for correction. The Board will accept applications via schools mostly until 30th or 31st January 2026. Do not wait for the last date.
Correction Process (Step-by-Step)
There is NO Online Correction link for students. You must follow this offline procedure through your school:
- Step 1: Identify the error and compare it with your Registration Certificate. (The Registration Certificate is considered the ‘Base Document’).
- Step 2: Write a formal application to the President of WBBSE (through your Headmaster) mentioning the mistake.
- Step 3: Attach a photocopy of your Registration Certificate and the Incorrect Admit Card.
- Step 4: Submit these to your School Headmaster.
- Step 5: The school authority will forward your application to the WBBSE Regional Camp Office. You will receive the corrected card within a few days.
