Step 1: Banglarbhumi Sign Up (Create Account)

Step 1: Visit the official website banglarbhumi.gov.in and click on the “Sign Up” button appearing on the top center.
Step 2: A “Public Registration Form” will open. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Guardians Name.
Step 3: Verify Mobile & Email: Enter your Mobile Number and click “Get OTP”. Do the same for your Email ID.
Step 4: Create a strong password, enter the Captcha code, and click Submit. Your User ID will be your Mobile Number.

Step 2: How to Check Khatian & Plot Information Online?

Once you have logged in, follow these steps to check your land details (Porcha/Information) using the “Know Your Property” feature:

Step 1: Go to the dashboard and click on the “Citizen Services” tab appearing on the menu bar.
Step 2: Select the option “Know Your Property”. A new search page will open.
Step 3: Select Location: Carefully choose your District, Block, and Mouza (Village) from the dropdown list.

Step 4: Choose Search Option:
  • Search by Khatian: If you want to see total land under a person’s name.
  • Search by Plot: If you want to see the owner of a specific piece of land (Dag No).
Step 5: Enter the Number, fill in the Captcha code, and click on “View”. The complete land record details will appear on your screen.

🔄 How to Check RS to LR Information? (Convert Plot No)

Many times, your deed (Dalil) mentions the old RS (Revisional Settlement) plot number, but the online portal shows the new LR (Land Reforms) number. Here is how to convert/match them:

1. Go to Citizen Services > RS-LR Information.
2. Select your District, Block, and Mouza.
3. Choose one option:
  • RS to LR: Enter old Dag Number to get the new one.
  • LR to RS: Enter new Dag Number to find the old history.
4. Click “View” to see the conversion table.

If you have recently purchased land and applied for mutation (Naam Pattan), you can track the status online without visiting the BLRO office.

Step 1: Log in to the portal and go to Citizen Services > Mutation Status.
Step 2: You will see two options to search:
  • Case Wise Search: If you have the Mutation Case Number.
  • Deed Wise Search: Using your Deed (Dalil) Number and Year.
